This pivotal role focuses on implementing the ROCKWOOL Operational Excellence program, fostering a culture of improvement, and developing key capabilities among factory teams. You will work closely with the Operations team to ensure ROPEX becomes a natural part of daily operations, using tools like value stream mapping and standard work practices to enhance productivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Leadership workshops and training for factory management
• Plan and deploy strategy formulation and improvement initiatives




• Implement machine boards and problem-solving methodologies
• Ensure effective introduction of ROPEX to new employees
• Conduct yearly strategy workshops for management

Requirements:
• Industrial Engineering degree or relevant education
• Over 3 years of experience in change processes
• Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing initiatives
• Robust analytical skills for problem-solving
• Competent in MS Office and Oobeya Management Systems
