As a Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing key service areas while ensuring compliance with legislative and agency protocols. Your leadership will involve applying culturally safe and trauma-informed approaches, reviewing complex cases, and fostering a collaborative environment among your team. Participate actively in community engagements to strengthen relationships and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work with three years' relevant experience

• Demonstrated commitment to systemic change
• Proven capability in managing service teams and performance
