As an Investments Intern, you'll assist in critical processes including financial modeling and preparing investment proposals for the Board of Directors. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are vital for this position, as you will also manage milestone dates and enhance transaction efficiency. Collaborate closely with the Investments Team to facilitate asset transitions and streamline operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Investment Proposals for the Board of Directors
• Support financial modeling for acquisitions and dispositions




• Communicate timeline updates and distribute meeting minutes
• Maintain organization of due diligence materials
• Administer the Due Diligence Checklist for all transactions

Requirements:
• Pursuing undergraduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• 0–1 year experience as a Summer Intern
• Basic understanding of financial modeling
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
