Mazergroup is looking for an Equipment Optimization Specialist to serve as a technical advisor for customer machinery. This role requires performing visits to optimize equipment and provide operational training for customers. Strong communication skills and a background in agriculture technology will be key drivers of success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify optimization needs for customer machinery
• Perform hands-on optimization visits and adjustments
• Train customers on proper equipment maintenance
• Effectively communicate job requirements to the Sales Team
• Facilitate internal training on current equipment
Requirements:
• Must have at least a Grade 12 education
• 2+ years of relevant agriculture work experience preferred
• Advanced understanding of agricultural technology
• Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
