Acuren is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner skilled in high-volume recruitment for Industrial Trades and NDT. This role allows for personal growth in a hybrid work setup.
This temporary contract with Acuren lasts 12-16 months and could lead to a permanent position. You will be at the forefront of sourcing candidates for various industrial sites while collaborating closely with internal teams in Sherwood Park or Fort McMurray. Work from the office at least three days a week aids in better communication and project understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct high volume recruitment for multiple sites
• Track and manage candidate submissions
• Screen resumes and prepare posting summaries
• Participate in interviews and selection processes
• Utilize various platforms for candidate sourcing
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in industrial trade recruitment
• Certified in using recruitment marketing strategies
• Competent in SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with ICIMs is a plus
• Proven ability to manage full recruitment cycles
