MedMe Health seeks a Senior Account Leader for its significant Canadian partnerships. You will oversee key enterprise accounts while enhancing adoption and closure strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Own full relationships for MedMe's major Canadian accounts
• Drive retention and upselling within existing product lines
• Build QBR cadences and account plans for key stakeholders
• Partner with Product and Support to solve escalations




• Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic partnerships

Requirements:
• Senior account management experience with large accounts
• Proven track record in driving retention and adoption
• Excellent relationship-management and executive presence
• Experience in pharmacy or health tech preferred
• Comfortable at senior/executive levels in customer interactions
