As a

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

at Elevation Autism Center, you will work 1-on-1 with children ages 1–6 who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be the one helping them build life-changing skills like communication, independence, social interaction, and play.

No experience? No problem.

Just bring patience, heart, and a willingness to learn. If you love working with kids, this could be the most meaningful job you have ever had!

Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a vibrant, center-based setting

Teach communication, play, daily living, and social skills

Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA

RBT certification is preferred, but not required. We will support you in earning your certification!

Nails must be no longer than ¼ inch past the fingertip.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and sit on the floor for extended periods.

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs to ensure child safety.

Ability to continuously observe and monitor a child to ensure their safety, respond immediately to their needs, and visually track and record their behavior and responses in real time for accurate data collection.
