Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate service tickets and document findings
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and builders
• Perform quality installations of windows and doors
• Work alongside production and service teams
• Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and safety compliance

Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in installation or construction
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Clean driving record with valid Ontario G Class Licence
• Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
