As part of Insight Canada’s Adoption & Change Management team, you will be integral to managing communications and deployment activities. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and effective information delivery while supporting audience readiness initiatives. Your organizational skills will shine as you maintain schedules and track the flow of important communications and training logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain integrated communications and deployment calendars
• Coordinate training logistics and communication approvals




• Manage audience segmentation for tailored communication
• Track attendance and delivery status across migration waves
• Partner with technical teams for effective implementation

Requirements:
• Experience in coordinating communications and training logistics
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools
• Effective communication and writing abilities
• Willingness to work in office in Calgary and travel

Utilize your skills in project coordination and audience management to drive impactful migrations for Insight and its clients.
