Faire is seeking a Staff Engineer for the Discovery Search team to architect and own the retailer-facing search surfaces. You will define the end-to-end architecture for quick, personalized discovery across millions of products, integrating LLM-powered capabilities and AI-driven features.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Data Science, Product, and Design, mentor engineers, and help scale search to meet latency requirements while boosting CX with Gen-AI enhancements.
