Key Responsibilities Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR matters.
Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
Administer employee perks programs and resolve related inquiries.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.




Maintain accurate employee data and HR records in the HRIS.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
Solid understanding of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
