Excel as an Executive Assistant at BGCFS, where you will play a vital role in supporting leadership and enhancing operational effectiveness in a versatile, hybrid work setting. Utilize your administrative skills to manage tasks efficiently.
In this role, you will directly support the Department Director(s) by anticipating their needs and organizing workflows and projects. The Executive Assistant will contribute significantly to the department by ensuring compliance with policies and building positive relationships within the organization and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee scheduling of meetings and logistical arrangements
• Process sensitive reports, correspondence, and minute-taking
• Liaise with community and service leaders for administrative needs
• Assist in developing and implementing administrative systems
• Contribute to ongoing quality and compliance improvements
Requirements:
• Community College diploma or BA with 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office and strong office management skills
• Excellent decision-making and analytical abilities
• Discretion in managing sensitive information
• Experienced in both training and project management
