As a Customer Success Manager, you will leverage your expertise in customer success and relationship building to ensure exceptional service and retention. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure seamless client onboarding and support

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in customer success at a SaaS company
• Proficiency in CRMs and Excel
