The therapist provides direct assessment and treatment services to youth and their caregivers/families and will provide group facilitation.
The ideal candidate should have: Clinical experience working with youth and families
Excellent assessment and counselling skills
Group Facilitation Skills and Experience
Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral and mental health struggles
Experience with individual therapy and family therapy
Understanding, training and experience in trauma and trauma informed practices
An understanding of colonization, intergenerational trauma, and Indigenous practices.
Knowledge and experience in the areas of mental health and grief and loss
Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills
The ability to work both independently and flexibility
A Bachelor's or preferably Master's degree (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) and Registration is required.
The therapist will have a supportive and enthusiastic team environment and will have a private office,
all located on our scenic campus. The therapist will receive regular supervision.

Salary: $63,460.80 to $77,292.80
