This job posting is for an active and ongoing vacancy. We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in both React (TypeScript) and Java/Spring technologies. The work location will be Toronto , with occasional requirements to work from Scarborough . Candidates are expected to work onsite three days per week .
About the role: Job Description: 5+ years of hands‑on experience in both React (with TypeScript) and Java/Spring — genuinely full stack, not strong on one side and passing on the other
Comfortable reading and working from technical specifications and REST/API contracts, and able to spot gaps or inconsistencies in them
Able to reason about design decisions end to end, from the UI through to the service layer
Communication and collaboration: Very strong written and verbal communication — can explain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Actively engages in technical discussion and debate rather than waiting to be told what to build
Brings personality to the team; someone who adds to the day‑to‑day agile, not just the delivery numbers
Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and coach more junior developers through code review, pairing, and design guidance




Comfortable setting a standard for quality that others on the team can follow
The pay range for this role is $105,000 to $115,000 CAD per annum (max) including any bonuses or variable pay.
