About the Role Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic, fully remote product team. This role is responsible for leading the user experience and interface design strategy across all digital products, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and user-centered design solutions. You will guide a team of designers, conduct user research, and translate complex user needs into elegant and functional interfaces. Key Responsibilities Lead the design process from concept to execution, developing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure brand consistency and development efficiency.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
Mentor and guide a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of creativity and design excellence.




Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and technologies.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
Proven experience in leading design projects and mentoring design teams.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
