In this permanent role, you will report to the Program Supervisor and actively participate in treatment planning and clinical service delivery. You will conduct mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans while providing therapeutic support and facilitating transitions to community services. Your work will directly impact the well-being of children and youth, enabling them to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for youth
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide various therapeutic interventions to achieve goals
• Arrange transition meetings with community schools
• Complete discharge summaries for continuity of care
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Minimum two years in child and family mental health
• Good standing with relevant skilled college
• Experience with trauma-informed approaches
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
