Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead Nurse Practitioners across Fraser Health
• Support role clarity and integration efforts




• Engage in initiatives to improve patient experiences
• Collaborate on developing NP roles and capabilities
• Maintain your clinical practice responsibilities

Requirements:
• Valid NP registration with BCCNM
• At least three years of NP experience
• Five years in clinical practice or education
• A proven track record in leadership
• Well-versed in current NP issues and practices
