Support Intact Public Entities as a Paralegal focusing on Risk Management Services, where your expertise in contract analysis will protect clients and enhance their understanding of liability issues.
In this role, you will review an array of contracts, helping municipalities and other organizations manage their risks effectively. A strong partnership with Risk Management Consultants will allow you to provide actionable insights on indemnification and contractual provisions. You'll also be responsible for monitoring legislative changes crucial to client interests while developing educational materials for various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess contracts to mitigate risk exposure for clients
• Examine various agreements, including leases and procurement documents
• Monitor relevant legislative changes impacting client contracts
• Conduct legal research on claims and recent decisions
• Create valuable resources and contract templates for clients
Requirements:
• Licensed Paralegal with a minimum of 8 years' experience
• Proven track record in insurance or municipal sectors
• Solid command of risk transfer and insurance principles
• Outstanding written and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex agreements
