Hudbay Minerals is seeking Mill Maintenance Millwrights for their Copper Mountain Mine in Princeton, BC. These roles offer the chance to work in a dynamic mining environment, performing preventative maintenance and repairs on mill equipment. The ideal candidates are Red Seal Millwrights with industrial experience, preferably in mining, and a solid mechanical aptitude. This is a 7x7 rotation position with both day and night shifts, providing opportunities for career growth and development within a collaborative team.

What You’ll Need

Red Seal Millwright Certification





At least 1 year of industrial experience (mining preferred)

Experience with SAG and Ball mills, conveyors, and gyratory crushers is an asset

Welding experience is an asset

Valid Class 5/7N driver’s license and access to personal transportation

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Meet pre-employment testing requirements

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Ability to work in noisy, dusty, and adverse weather conditions

Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and on uneven surfaces

Must be clean-shaven
