Shape community engagement as the Programs Manager for Neighbour to Neighbour. This role involves overseeing innovative food, garden, and educational programs in a supportive environment.

In this permanent, full time role, you will manage a diverse range of programs that address food insecurity and promote education. Your expertise in nonprofit leadership will guide program delivery and development while creating spaces for community collaboration and learning. You will be responsible for budget management and continuous program evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and align programs with high-level strategic goals
• Plan and evaluate operational delivery across all sites
• Manage schedules, resources, and space utilization

• Develop community relationships and partnerships

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Community Development, or similar
• 5+ years of nonprofit leadership experience
• Direct experience in managing teams
• High emotional intelligence and cultural competency
• Strong evaluation and reporting skills
