About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their supply chain operations from a remote location, with strategic oversight relevant to the Northern Cape region. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations, all managed through effective remote collaboration. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of the supply chain, driving improvements in procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes in a distributed model. This is a crucial role for maintaining operational integrity across geographical boundaries.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and demand planning.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
Oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure performance standards are met.
Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.




Lead and coordinate a remote team of supply chain professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
