You will serve as the primary contact for service customers, engaging them meaningfully while understanding their vehicle needs. Your ability to stay organized and communicate effectively with both technicians and customers will ensure a smooth service experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet Service customers and assess their needs
• Document vehicle concerns onto Repair Orders
• Prepare accurate service quotes and obtain approvals




• Act as liaison between customers and technicians
• Conduct vehicle inspection walk-arounds pre and post-service

Requirements:
• Valid BC Driver’s license with satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Detail-oriented with good data entry skills
