This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing the entire design process from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with strategic planning. You will manage complex projects while collaborating across teams to ensure exceptional product execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design process across multiple product categories
• Independently manage projects from ideation to production
• Present creative strategies to stakeholders and partners

Requirements:
• 5 - 10+ years in women's apparel design
