Reporting to the National Manager of Enterprise Solutions, the Enterprise Solutions Developer will play an important role in Graybar Canada's evolving digital ecosystem. Working across core platforms including Infor CSD, Salesforce, and Microsoft Fabric, this individual will develop integrations, automate workflows, and ensure data moves effectively between systems to support business needs. This role combines hands‑on development with a technical business analysis mindset. The Opportunity As an Enterprise Solutions Developer, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and members of Graybar's IT team to understand business challenges and turn requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions. You'll contribute to everything from quick automation improvements to more complex enterprise system integrations, while helping Graybar continue to evolve its modern data and application environment.
What You'll Be Doing Analyze business challenges and develop technical solutions that span Graybar Canada's enterprise technology environment.
Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical, effective technical solutions.
Gather, clarify, and document business requirements,



ensuring alignment between stakeholder needs and system capabilities.
Design and develop integrations, automations, and workflows across enterprise applications.
Work across platforms including Infor CSD, Salesforce, and Microsoft Fabric, helping ensure systems and data work effectively together.
Utilize APIs, middleware, and web services to connect systems and enable reliable data flow.
Collaborate with experienced IT professionals in a knowledge-sharing environment, contributing to technical discussions and architectural decisions.
Deliver solutions iteratively, adapting to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining a focus on business value.
Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, processes, and workflows through automation and thoughtful technical design.
Contribute to the continued evolution of Graybar Canada's modern data environment and broader digital transformation initiatives.
Design solutions with scalability, usability, maintainability, and long‑term sustainability in mind.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–3+ years of experience in software design, development, integration, or a related technical environment.
Experience or exposure to business analysis, including gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Experience working across enterprise platforms such as ERP and CRM systems.
Familiarity with APIs, middleware, web services, and systems integration.




Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, subject matter experts, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate both modern technologies and complex legacy environments.
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving workplace where priorities can shift and iterative delivery is valued.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Results‑oriented and self‑motivated, with strong organization and follow‑through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Assets Include Experience working with Salesforce.
Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms.
Experience working with Infor CSD or other enterprise resource planning systems.
French‑language proficiency.
