Provide litigation support in family law, shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, insurance claims, and personal injury matters
Assist with corporate finance engagements, including valuations related to the purchase and sale of business interests
Provide due diligence services such as quality of earnings reports
Support purchasers and sellers in negotiating transaction terms and reviewing purchase and sale agreements
Prepare financial models, business assessments, viability studies, and computer-based financial projections
Support valuation engagements related to corporate reorganizations, estate planning, management buyouts, going-private transactions, fairness opinions, and shareholder or employee share purchases
Requirements CBV designation or current enrolment in the CBV program
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Self-motivated and collaborative, with a solid team-oriented approach
