Reno Orthopedic Center is seeking a passionate Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse for a per diem role dedicated to patient education and care at our Main location in Northern Nevada. Your role will ensure patients are well-informed and comfortable throughout their surgical journey.

As a Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse, you are responsible for assessing patient health, explaining preparation steps, and ensuring vital monitoring during procedures. Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential for delivering the highest standards of care while accurately documenting treatments and responses in the medical records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient care
• Conduct thorough patient health assessments




• Inform patients about procedures and what to expect
• Monitor anesthesia patients per policy
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care

Requirements:
• One year of nursing experience is required
• Current Nevada Nursing License (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
