Key Responsibilities:
• Lead online and in-person workshops effectively
• Assess participants’ employment history and challenges
• Provide tailored resume and interview preparation support




• Help participants engage in active job search strategies
• Maintain thorough records and progress tracking

Requirements:
• Completion of University or related technical training
• 1-3 years’ experience in facilitating groups
• Background in delivering career workshops
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sensitive to participants' diverse learning needs
