As the driving force behind our Environmental Health & Safety programs, you will lead compliance activities and impacts in alignment with OSHA and EPA standards. Your strategic oversight will also include the development and reporting of safety metrics, and incident management. Engaging with operations and fostering a team-oriented safety environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop EH&S; programs for regulatory compliance
• Conduct industrial hygiene assessments and interventions
• Guide the Occupational Health Nurse and EHS Specialist




• Monitor and report on safety program effectiveness
• Coordinate the plant's Emergency Action Plan

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Safety, Environmental Health, or related
• Experience in glass manufacturing, ideally 5 years
• In-depth knowledge of safety management systems
• Excellent mentoring and training capabilities
• Willingness to support and educate staff on safety matters
