In this SEN 9 position, utilize your significant experience in classification principles to support organizational changes and resolve classification issues. Your role includes conducting organizational reviews and modernizing the Senate's classification program for improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on organizational design and job evaluation
• Manage classification and job evaluation requests
• Conduct organizational reviews to resolve classification issues




• Lead Senate classification committees as per established procedures
• Support resolution of classification grievances with HR teams

Requirements:
• University degree or relevant combination of education and experience
• Significant experience in human resources classification principles
• Proven ability to advise on complex classification matters
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with the Hay Job Evaluation Methodology is an asset
