As the Assistant Director of Care, you will support and coach nursing staff, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and manage care plans tailored to residents. Your experience in the long-term care sector will help in achieving regulatory compliance while also meeting resident satisfaction metrics. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the nursing team
• Customize care plans with residents and families




• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Manage departmental budgets effectively
• Provide on-the-ground support and mentoring

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Nursing is required
• Minimum three years' managerial RN experience
• At least one year in long-term care
• Registered Nurse with current licensing
• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check required
