Engage directly with patients and local leaders to implement evidence-based programs, addressing the unique health needs and challenges of the communities you serve. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead health promotion initiatives with Indigenous perspectives




• Provide education on health and wellness topics
• Collaborate closely with community leadership and Elders
• Integrate preventative care strategies across services
• Conduct assessments to identify health risks and needs

Requirements:
• Certification as a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner
• Active CNO registration and good standing
• Minimum of 3-5 years NP experience
• Additional certifications preferred (mental health, pediatric)
• Knowledge of Cree language is desirable
