Alberta Health Services seeks a Pharmacist I to join the University of Alberta Hospital and Stollery Children’s Hospital. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote protected medication use, assess patients for drug-related issues, and contribute to medication management plans.
You will participate in patient care rounds, support dispensing and compounding, mentor staff and students, and cover day, evening, night and weekend shifts in a 24/7 hospital setting.
