Your efforts are crucial in establishing HR processes for large-scale plants in Canada, enhancing operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR operations and align with corporate practices
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle initiatives
• Manage compensation, perks,

• Support training and organizational development initiatives
• Analyze HR metrics to guide business decisions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 5-10 years in HR, ideally in manufacturing
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
