Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $31.10.Offical title of the position is Steward Supervisor.Job Duties Include:Work adaptable shifts in a 24/7 operation while overseeing kitchen and event setups to ensure accuracy and timelinessMaintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and equipment functionality, including inventory checks and safety audits.Lead, coach, and manage team members, including delegating tasks, scheduling, and supporting performance and developmentHandle administrative and operational tasks such as inventory tracking, ordering supplies, reporting, and system updatesTake ownership of responsibilities, solve problems proactively, collaborate with other departments,



and perform additional duties as needed.QualificationsYour Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of stewarding leadership experience in a high-volume service environment.Class 5 Driver’s License required, with the ability and confidence to operate a company vehicle up to 3 tons. Must provide an updated driver’s abstract on the first day of employment.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certification.Ability to operate industrial machinery, including cardboard balers and various sizes of industrial dishwashers.Passionate and organized, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and secure working workplace.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment.Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong financial knowledge, including labor and food cost management.Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):Constant standing and walking throughout shiftPhysically fit and able to work well under pressureAble to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50+ lbsAble to bend and kneel comfortablyReaching above and below shoulder levelWorking in loud environments, with exposure to hot, humid, and cold conditionsAble to withstand exposure to kitchen equipment, including large and small ovens, stoves, steam kettles, mixers, sheeters, fryers,
