Key Responsibilities:
• Provide G/GJ tube care and management
• Administer medications and document accurately
• Monitor and ensure safekeeping of medications
• Assist children with personal care and daily living
• Observe and report changes in the child’s condition
Requirements:
• Licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Experience with pediatric clients
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Vulnerable Sector Check completed in last 6 months
• Professional Liability Insurance (PLI)
