Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients by name with warmth and compassion
- Triage client concerns to ensure appointments are booked accurately
- Manage incoming emails, texts, and phone calls
- Efficiently and accurately process payments
- Schedule future appointments within appropriate timelines
- Complete daily reports and assigned tasks
- Admit patients for appointments, surgeries, and procedures
- Weigh patients upon arrival
- Counsel clients on basic nutrition, pre‑ and post‑operative care, and treatment instructions
- Promote hospital goods and services to clients
- Address client concerns and questions, referring to the appropriate veterinarian or supervisor when necessary
- Accurately place medication and food orders
- Coordinate smooth client and patient flow within the hospital
- Maintain cleanliness according to hospital checklists

- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills

Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as a Client Services Representative, preferably in health care (animal or human)
- Proficiency with current technology, including Microsoft Office and email systems
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred (but Not Required – We Are Happy To Train)
- At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary hospital
- Familiarity with Cornerstone software
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
Starting hiring range $18.50 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience and skillset.
