Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily staffing and scheduling for nursing staff
• Update Master Schedule with staffing changes efficiently
• Approve planned overtime with the Director of Care
• Track attendance and absentee report accuracy
• Report on recurrent absenteeism to management
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• CPR certification may need to be maintained
• No Canadian experience required
