Contribute to transformative roadway projects at AECOM as a Street Lighting and Traffic Signal Engineer in Mississauga, Ontario. This hybrid full-time role focuses on system design and planning while ensuring compliance with Ontario Ministry of Transportation standards.

As part of the Transportation team, you will leverage your engineering expertise in lighting and signal design, preparing layouts, electrical details, and specifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide guidance to junior engineers, contributing to high-profile municipal and provincial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design roadway lighting and traffic signal layouts and diagrams
• Conduct electrical design calculations and photometric analyses




• Prepare technical specifications and contract documentation
• Ensure compliance with MTO standards during project delivery
• Mentor junior engineers and review engineering deliverables

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 4 years relevant experience
• P.Eng. licensed in Ontario with 1 year post-licensure
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MTO design standards
• Solid communication skills and willingness to travel
• Valid Ontario driver's license
