As a key player in Fleetway’s Project Management Office, you will lead the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across the In-Service Support portfolio. Collaborate with Project and Program Managers, ensuring schedules align with delivery priorities while identifying risks and maximizing efficiency throughout multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance Fleetway’s Integrated Master Schedule across projects
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure aligned and accurate schedules
• Identify critical path impacts and support risk mitigation strategies




• Establish consistent scheduling standards and best practices
• Generate insights and metrics to aid decision-making processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in project planning or scheduling
• 3 years experience with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera)
• Solid understanding of schedule logic and forecasting techniques
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance
