Donna Cona Inc. is seeking an experienced Tester (Level 3) for an upcoming contract opportunity with one of our Canadian federal government clients.

Location: Fully Remote (Canada)
Duration: Approximately 3 months
Security: Enhanced Reliability Clearance required

Senior-level software/application testing experience

Experience creating and maintaining Test Plans, Test Suites and Test Cases in Azure DevOps (ADO)

Strong acceptance, functional and regression testing experience

Ability to validate application functionality against business and technical requirements

Experience identifying, documenting and tracking defects

SQL experience, particularly for data validation, BI/Data Analytics and reporting-related testing

Experience with accessibility testing/assessments

Strong documentation and analytical skills

Experience testing GIS/geospatial or interactive mapping applications, including Esri/ArcGIS, would be a solid asset but is not mandatory.

Candidate MUST have the following:

A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;

A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a testing role;

A minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the last 15 years designing, developing and executing test strategies, plans and scripts for large (minimum of 100 users), enterprise-level solutions;

A minimum of two (2) years of experience developing, conducting and monitoring testing solutions in a BI/EDW,



or Data Analytics and Reporting environment; including the following: a) Back-end data ETL; b) Front-end data visualizations; and Movement of data between a) and b);

A minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years planning, coordinating and reporting on testing efforts for large (minimum of 100 users), enterprise-level solutions;

A minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last 10 years planning, performing and evaluating solution testing, including all of the following: Functional testing; System testing; Usability testing; Regression testing; Integration testing; Validation testing;

A minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years working with and supporting clients in their performance of User Acceptance Testing (UAT);

A minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last ten (10) years writing test scripts using SQL to facilitate data testing against a backend RDBMS; and

A minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience within the last five (5) years in Azure DevOps, Esri GIS/ArcGIS, GIS or geospatial applications.
