Key Responsibilities Determining which products best meet client's needs and developing new approaches to meet client's needs and market dynamics.
Studying market relationships and current market conditions to increase account/market penetration.
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Rates Trading, Treasury or CAD FX.
Minimum Education Requirement:



Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Strong knowledge of interest rate products, including swaps, forwards, government bonds, and related derivatives.
Proven ability to manage risk, price markets, and execute trades in a fast-paced trading environment.
Solid understanding of market structure, liquidity dynamics, and linkage to global rates (e.g., USD rates environment).
Strong analytical and technical skill set combined with sound trading instinct and judgment.
Ability to articulate views on market trends, macro drivers, and relative value opportunities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Structuring, and global trading teams.
Ability to perform under pressure and make informed decisions in volatile market conditions.

Pay and Benefits Shift: Hours Per Week: 37.5 Pay Transparency details CA - Toronto - 181 BAY ST (101803)
Pay range $170,000.00 - $170,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
