As a Peer Advisor, your role involves providing accurate information, promoting community involvement, and delivering top-notch customer service. You'll assist fellow students with academic guidance and help maintain operational efficiency at InfoLink locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver front-line customer service at InfoLink locations
• Address walk-up and email inquiries promptly
• Provide academic and campus resource guidance
• Promote community involvement opportunities
• Maintain InfoLink's Lost and Found program

Requirements:
• Must be a continuing undergraduate student
• Completed at least one academic year at U of A
• Willingness to learn about university procedures
• Availability for in office work during operational hours
• Ability to work effectively in person with the public
