UHN is looking for a Project Manager to join the Digital PMO at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. This temporary role specifically targets digital projects aimed at improving integrated healthcare delivery.

As a Project Manager, you will lead initiatives within the Clinical Applications Program, focusing significantly on UHN’s Epic Health Information System. The role involves managing complex projects including surgical data quality and eReferral system integrations, ensuring successful collaborations with diverse stakeholders across the hospital network.

Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate project charters and timelines with stakeholders
• Oversee project budgets and maintenance of documentation




• Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders
• Utilize rigorous change management practices
• Coach project teams for improved performance

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience
• Required undergraduate degree in relevant areas
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of healthcare information systems preferred
• PMP certification or equivalent is needed
