Agnico Eagle Mines Limited is seeking a Continuous Improvement General Supervisor to lead the site CI roadmap and drive operational excellence at our Upper Beaver Project, Dobie, Ontario. You will coach leaders, govern CI standards, and ensure MOS implementation across functions.
This role requires 7+ years in CI or related fields, an engineering background, and robust facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver value and sustain improvements within a mining operation.
