The Corporate Debt team is seeking an Associate Director to support capital raising initiatives for flagship funds. This role involves managing investor relations, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating projects to meet the firm's financial objectives. As you contribute to the growth of Fiera’s Private Debt platform, you'll foster lasting relationships with key institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support capital raising for key fundraising projects
• Lead marketing efforts to attract institutional investors




• Compile targeted lists of LPs and consultants
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for the team
• Facilitate client interactions and satisfy inquiries

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or finance
• 3-5 years of related investment experience
• Solid Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Fluency in French is an advantage
