As a key member of the Intensive Case Management Team, this role emphasizes client-centered care. You will leverage your expertise in advocacy, group facilitation, and community connections to support clients accessing substance use recovery services. Developing respectful relationships and organizing educational outreach are critical parts of this job.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group recovery support to clients
• Advocate for clients in accessing necessary services
• Organize outreach activities and educational sessions




• Maintain records and compile statistics for reporting
• Assist with team planning and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Services plus two years of relevant experience
• Personal experience within the designated client population
• Valid BC Driver's License for local travel
• Knowledge of Indigenous Cultural Safety and LGBTQ2S+ services
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
