Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and monitor project cost control systems

• Validate invoicing and billing against contract terms

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years in cost control for construction projects
• Expertise in ERP software and advanced Excel
• Strong grasp of cost breakdown structures
• Certification in Cost Skilled or Project Management
