Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident care and communicate findings to supervisors
• Assist with precise documentation of resident care
• Engage in team meetings and educational workshops
• Provide support in onboarding recent personnel
• Follow IPAC guidelines to ensure safety

Requirements:
• Completion of a Personal Support Worker Diploma
• Knowledge of simple treatment procedures and sanitation
• Understanding of geriatric care requirements
• Effective communication skills and teamwork
• Passion for meaningful and compassionate care
