Castle Mountain Resort is on the lookout for experienced Ski Patrol members for the 2026-2027 winter season. Candidates will gain hands-on training while participating in critical aspects of the Mountain Safety department. This role fosters a supportive workplace where you will actively mentor others and contribute to avalanche safety operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute on-hill rescue and provide first aid
• Manage avalanche control operations on-site
• Collaborate with the forecast team as a lead member
• Install and maintain signage and hazard markings
• Conduct training for junior patrollers

Requirements:
• Advanced first aid certification (70+ hours)
• CPR-HCP qualification
• CAA Avalanche Level 2 certification
• Ability to ski in varying weather conditions
• Capacity to handle heavy loads and equipment
